Born to be Warriors

This is a personal project: a series of postage stamps illustrating things I personally love. Discovering that my name, Evan, is related to the Gaelic word ‘Eóghan,’ meaning ‘youth’ or ‘young warrior,’ inspired me to create interpretations of warriors from diverse cultures. I’ve depicted them engaging in activities I enjoy, and paired these illustrations with Latin phrases, reflecting my fascination with the language.
